TFM-South-CarolinaSpeakers:

  • Paul Muller
  • Phillip Walthall

Scriptures used:

  • Isaiah 40:31
  • John 16:32-33
  • Romans 5:1-21
  • Romans 11:19-22
  • Romans 11:30-33

Subject:

  • We easily forget about the trials and tribulations and just want to get the deliverance.
  • We are strengthen by the trials and tribulations.
  • While we are doing different things we can still come together as a body to do the works for Christ.
  • Are you going to believe his word?
  • Satan does not want you going into the world and preaching the gospel, he comes to steal, kill, and destroy.
  • Are we going to hang on to that life? Or we going to look at the life he’s given us, the promise he’s given us? Or are you going to step back and say oh that’s too big? It’s a matter of choice.
  • No matter what’s going on we can have peace in him, it’s because what he did for us.
  • The Lord will show up if we will just but put our faith in him.
  • God has called us to be like Joshua and Caleb, believing his word, believe his promise, believing God is able and will fulfill it to the end.
  • Now that we have the testimony we’re called to that same faith daily, that he will deliver us, that’s he’s good and that he’ll see us through.
  • The answer is Jesus Christ if we will yet believe it and receive it.
  • We’re all sinners but not everybody realizes they need Christ, that they have nothing without the Lord.
  • We’re called to walk in that newness of life we have through him.
  • Be of good cheer he has overcome the world. All he’s asking of us is to have faith in his sufficiency. If we would just but believe that, we can be overcome in him. That’s the only way we can overcome and win the battle, is to be in Jesus Christ.
  • Simply accept it and believe it!
  • The hardness is how we grow.
  • When I can believe God for all the provision for what he wants me to do then what tribulation will come along and knock me off that? Usually satan or the old man telling us we deserve better than this.
  • In the end of it all that hope doesn’t disappoint it’s a delivery, something you trust that’s always at the end of it. Because the Lord is good and loves you and wants you to have the training.
  • Trust the Lord to grow you in him.
  • Tribulation comes and we learn and we submit ourselves to the process. We are called to glory in tribulation.
  • If we had not come out of unbelief then we could not receive mercy.
  • Receive the gospel, receive Jesus!
  • If we really believe this is a day that the Lord has made and rejoice in it then regardless of what happens we will rejoice in the tribulations.
