Subject:
- Even after giving your life to Christ you will yet have to make that decision to serve him continually.
- It wasn’t about David, it was about the mercy and kindness of Jesus. It’s about Jesus and the gospels.
- Hold on to the gospel of Christ and the sufficiency of it.
- If we’re doing it on our own and accomplishing it it’s really nothing but filthy rags, but if we’re doing it through him then it’s something.
- We have to learn to say yes sir no problem here so we can stand there.
- We’re in a boot camp, supposed to be learning to be sold out to Christ.
- When you come to the place where you’re doing what he would have you do you’ve entered into him. That’s the only time your joy may be full.
- The warfare is against unbelief.
- Are you here to please him and to be all about him?
- The seventh day of rest was to be merciful, so that no one would burn through labor so the labor wouldn’t kill them.
- Unbelief has you looking out for you, for “number one”. When you give into unbelief your life becomes all about you.
- Teach your children to please Christ through pleasing you.
- Put aside your total inadequacy and failure. Trust in God’s deliverance. Trust him to cover all your failures and all your sins.
- Yea you’re a failure, get on your knees repent…you can then go forward expecting the Lord to cleanse your heart, expecting him to give you what you need to overcome unbelief.
- Shake off the unbelief!
