• How much is your mind on the Lord during the day?
• He promises not to depart from us.
• In order to receive Grace and mercy, we must give grace and mercy.
• If I judge another I’m not extending grace and mercy.
• You will know you are His disciples by your love one for another.
• If we acknowledge the Lord in all our ways He will bring us through.
• Fathers: They see where things are messed up, but don’t acknowledge how their own failures contributed to that.
• If they stood up and did their job it would be completely different.
• A father’s job is much more than just providing for his children. We want things from our heavenly father such as grace, love, etc.
• Recognize that your own understanding brings chaos.
• If you walk in His understanding He will direct your paths. It is a place of humility.
• We can choose to do these things, but we need to acknowledge Him and be in humility.
• How do you let truth forsake you: pride and judgment.
• When you are in pride you have denied the truth about yourself, so you don’t extend it to others.
• As children grow their needs become more complicated. We need to watch them as they grow and establish with them a relationship so they can be in line with a relationship with our heavenly Father.
• Generations ago, fathers used to be hallowed. They are no longer hallowed.
• We need to decide the name of Jesus will be hallowed in our lives.
• If you are about His will people will see His ways.
• As we forgive our debtors we understand they are in the same place we are and we learn to forgive. If they don’t know the Lord and find someone who forgives them they can come to the Lord and realize there is love out there.
• If men come to do the will of the Father, everything else falls into place (with their families).
• The Lord is able to strengthen us to the task. Be mindful of the importance of being a father.
