TFM-South-CarolinaSpeakers:

  • Phillip Walthall

Scriptures:

  • Luke 22:31
  • 2 Timothy 1:1
  • 2 Corinthians 10:5

Subject:

  • Converted is a place of turning around, changing your mind, repenting.
  • Your only hope is what Jesus did on that cross for you.
  • Come to the place where you know you need the Gospel and know what the Gospel is to you personally.
  • The love that Christ has shown you is something that you can share with someone who needs it.
  • Rest in His goodness, His love and what He has done;  that’s your only hope.
  • Fear can cripple you from doing the Father’s will.  Fear is a spirit.  You battle the spirit of fear with the Holy Spirit.  How are you going to be strong and of a good courage if you’re reacting to that spirit of fear?
  • Don’t rest in yourself.  Don’t rest in the things you can or can’t do.  Rest in the power of God!
  • Christ died for you.
  • Christ wants to empower you to go forward and do His will.  To share the love that He’s given you with others.
  • Focus your eyes on Him.  Go to Him.  Live by the Gospel, by the hope and power that He’s given you.
