TFM-South-CarolinaSpeakers:

  • Paul Muller
  • Phillip Walthall

Scriptures used:

  • John 12:23-25
  • Luke 14:26
  • James 1:2
  • Numbers 13:16-33
  • John 3:17-19
  • Matthew 5:38-39
  • Hebrews 11:6

Subject:

  • The only one who can actually take our pain, sorrow, shame etc off you is Jesus Christ, by what He did on the cross.
  • If we really believed the Gospel would our lives look different?  If we truly believed the Lord we would be dying to ourselves daily and bringing glory to Him.
  • Have we laid down our live for Him?  Are we loving one another?  Are you loving Him?
  • Husbands are you loving your wives?  Wives are you submitting to your husbands?  Children, are you obeying your parents?  Those under discipleship, are you listening to their counsel or seeking to justify yourself?
  • He wants those things held against us to no longer be held against us.  It’s up to us to receive that good gift that He’s given us.
  • The key is not loving your life, but His life more than your own.
  • It is His Spirit, His love that worketh in me to profit others.
  • He loved you enough to lay down His life for you.  It wasn’t that He was happy with you, He made a choice to love you while you were yet an enemy.
  • Can you receive the love?  Are you going to receive that?  It’s not based on what you have done but what He has done for you.  His hand is outstretched but are we going to take it?
  • Are we walking as He walked?  Are we taking His word seriously?  Are we truly laying down our lives for His sake?  Are we preferring one another before our own selves?  If we believed the Gospel we would be walking as He walked.
  • What good is the body if we’re not laying down our lives for His sake?  Nothing!
  • For Him to operate through you, you must lay your life down.  Unless we lay down our lives we’re not going to move forward.  Do you want others to have the same opportunity as you did?  Do you want your children to know the love of Jesus Christ?
  • If we’re not loving God and loving one another, why would the Lord bring someone to the body?  Why would He bring someone our way?  It will simply turn them away if they do not see us doing what we are preaching.
  • The Lord gave us peace with Him.
  • Do we take heed to the report of the goodness of God or do we take heed to the report of the carnal man strapped to our back?
  • If we were walking in His victory we’d be walking as He walked.  Our lives would look different if we believed that in Him there was no darkness at all.
  • If we don’t take heed to the Lord’s advice we can’t blame God when we get into a bad situation.  Do we take heed to the Word?  Are we humbling ourselves and considering what our brothers and sisters in the Lord say?
  • Too many times, we actually reject the good things of the Lord that He’s given us.  But that can change right now.  His mercies are renewed every day.  He died on the cross for our sins, He washed them away.
  • Rely entirely on the blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ and believe that His blood blotted out all our sins.  That’s what we need to be trusting in.
  • We got in that hole by our own life and own choices, He lifted us out!
  • Repent means changing your mind.  Lay down that old carnal man that’s trying to drag you down.
  • Start walking believing the Gospel!  Stop rejecting the promise of God, start moving forward in what He is able to do.  There’s nothing holding you back but you!
  • You have to choose to get in the light, to get into the Word.
  • If you’re not coming to the light then you’re content with your evil deeds and you have an evil heart of unbelief.  You’re ministering rebellion and unbelief and you cannot receive from the Lord.
  • You have to choose to love His life and want to live His life.
  • You need to put your faith in Him!
