  • Ann Eutsler
  • Karen Hocker
  • Megan Atherton

Scriptures used:

  • Romans 10
  • Psalms 51
  • Proverbs 3:5
  • Isaiah 52:7
  • James 1:2

Subject:

  • Man’s nature is to establish his own righteousness, which is a rejection of the gospel.
  • It is impossible to fully live by the law.  Christ is the end of the law.
  • God’s desire is that all men would be saved.
  • Confession is a thing spoken to others, not spoken in secret.
  • Believing in our heart is obedience to God.
  • The gospel is forgiveness.
  • People are converted because of the Power of God.  It is important that in our conversations, (not just our words but actions as well) that we speak and do the Word of God that His power be manifest for others to partake of.
  • The fear of the Lord provokes us to do the right things.  The way of the Lord is right and is the only right way.
  • If we know who the Lord has established, we need to see them as the servant of God.
  • All believers have a responsibility to preach the gospel.
  • Salvation is solely about what Christ has done.
  • His gospel purchased, for us, the ability to stand in Christ in all things.
