Subject:
- When Jesus calls you; what are you going to do?
- If you want a Christian being a fare-weather fan isn’t going to work; you need to be sold out. If you don’t turn over your whole life to Jesus, what’s the point?
- People let you down; which makes us a little gun shy to comment to Jesus. But Jesus will not let you down; He will be there at every turn if you turn yourself over to Him. Fear of commitment is just another tool of the devil.
- Commitment to Jesus has to be your first priority; if it isn’t you need to realign.
- You can’t disappointment God; but you can please Him.
- When you do fall, maintain that focus on Jesus and He’ll get you through.
- Our own mistake can keep us from grasping hold of the gospel of Jesus Christ. What it means to grasp hold to the gospel, is you’re forgiven.
- Stop letting the things of the past keep you from going forward. He paid the price so that we can be free from that. He laid down His life for that!
- People are people but God is not people. Jesus Christ did not let us down, He fulfilled it!
- You’ve seen Him work mightily in your life, are you going to choose to walk forward in His victory by faith now? Or are you yet going to walk in unbelief?
- Do you actually believe His grace is sufficient for you? If you did you would be going forward in what He has. If you don’t, you won’t; you will still be hanging onto the things of the flesh, still looking behind you.
- Do we believe?
- If you find you haven’t been believing and operating in unbelief you don’t have to stay there anymore.
- When you make the choice to please God that’s pleasing to Him.
- Are you going to choose faith? Be free from that old man.
- Stop leaning on your own understanding; stop choosing that old man that wants to kill you; instead choose faith.
- He didn’t come here to put more on us; He came to take it off.
- All that stuff that made you unfit for the Kingdom, He has taken away. But you have to choose to believe Him, His Word, and know He who promised is faithful to deliver on His Word.
