Subject:
- How have you done with the declarations you made at the conference? Declarations of “I’m going to…”, “I want to…” etc.
- We speak what comes out of our own hearts and are held accountable for what we say.
- Take some time to think about the things you said you were going to do and start doing those things.
- It is very easy to look in the mirror, look away and forget what manner of man you are.
- It’s always easy in the moment to make grand declarations, it’s not always easy to walk out those grand declarations when we are not together.
- Cast all your cares upon Him for He careth for you. It’s easy to speak your cares upon Him but to cast your cares upon Him means you actually let them go to Jesus and you believe He will handle them for you.
- Without faith it is impossible to please God. It is an absence of faith that doesn’t leave your cares with God.
- Be bold, be strong, for the Lord thy God is with thee. Abraham comes to mind when Steve hears this song.
- We have testimonies in the Word of what faith in God can look like and can do.
- God was with them. Do you ever wonder if God’s with you? If you do, that is the voice of doubt. The reason you can say I know God is with me is because God always keeps His promises.
- At the conference we talked a lot about love: 1 John 4:7-8.
- Peter had seen Agape love, had observed Agape love but the reason he responded with Phelios was because it’s the only kind of love he knew how to love.
- The devil wants to accuse us using our past to destroy us. However when we are in heavenly places hearing accusations against us we need not listen to those accusations because the blood of the Lamb washes them away.
- The accusations have no power over us because the blood of the Lamb washed them away, so no accusations need to weaken us. Instead we can be bold.
- And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb: that which washes them away as far as east is from west and does not remember them. Why do you want to remember your sins if God doesn’t remember them? Whose side are you on anyway? Are you on the devils side trying to earn your righteousness? The blood of the Lamb is perfect.
- They overcame him by the word of their testimony: this is the word of what the Lord has done in your life, delivering you from all sorts of terrible things. But the testimony shouldn’t stop there… your testimony grows as you step out and talk about what the Lord has done in your life.
- The word of your testimony dies if you don’t go out and share what the Lord did for you in your life. It becomes about what you did instead of remembering that you couldn’t do it on your own and now you think it’s about you and what you’ve done.
- They loved not their lives unto the death: their lives… we have to come to love His life. We have to learn this more than once, as they loved not their lives unto the DEATH.
- Mark 10 he kneeled before Jesus – he submitted to Him.
- Good master – he called Jesus good because he thought he was good himself.
- One thing thou lackest…
- When children are grieved it’s almost always because they didn’t get their own way.
- You cannot add Jesus to your life, you have to give up your own life in order to have Jesus’ life. That’s what love not your life unto the death means.
- You have to believe God’s life is better than your own and when you give up your life you will see it is much better.
