• President Obama said “Those who disagree with the idea of gay marriage based for example on their religious views, must change to become more like progressives who accept gay marriage”.
• If it is a sincerely held religious view based on Scripture, then nobody should be able to make us change that.
• Marriage, according to Gods word is between a man and a woman.
• We will have to stand up for what the Word says and there will be some severe consequences for doing so.
• Can we stand against persecution and stand up for God’s Word?
• Can we stand strong and not bow down to the pressure when anything is against God’s Word, not just homosexuality?
• Study the Word, read the Word and make it a part of your daily life so you will be able to stand when the time comes.
• We ought to obey God rather than men.
