Scriptures used:

  • Romans 6

Subject:

  • All that will believe the gospel have the availability to have all our sin removed. We have to take Jesus at His word.
  • God’s plan is a perfect provision, it is now in our hands whether we are going to join with it in faith.
  • Don’t think we wouldn’t have made the same choice Adam did, when he broke the one commandment given him.
  • God commands us to love our soul and others’ souls as well, unto salvation.
  • That grace makes up the difference for us in God’s righteousness. We are not on equal standing with God.
  • Grace is not there so we can do whatever we want, grace is there because of our need for it.
  • We fall short of  the only two commandments given us, but His grace is there so when we fall we can get back up and stand in Christ.
  • The once saved always saved doctrine is false, there is no accountability in it, or relationship with Christ.
  • The grace is an opportunity to learn obedience to Christ, as Christ was to His heavenly father.
  • The gospel is preached by us availing ourselves first, and standing in it alone, to others. If we were only righteous continuously, it would give little hope to others who seem to fail continuously.
  • Our right standing is solely because what God has done and does, nothing else.
  • We don’t deserve God’s grace and righteousness, but He has given it and we need to stand in it.
  • The humble shall hear and be glad.
  • We have got to digest the gospel first so we can be people entreating for others.
  • We need to have that separation of flesh and spirit.
  • We are to be dead to sin, the sin in our flesh isn’t dead but in our minds we need to choose to be dead to it. When we give it place we are not then dead to it.
  • The only thing that should rule us is the gospel of Jesus Christ, then we can learn all the things necessary to be in right standing with Him.
  • We are raised in the likeness of His resurrection. We learn to get out of agreement with our sinful flesh and learn to come into agreement with God and serve Him.
  • When we find we are serving the wrong one we repent and get up and walk in Christ.
  • Faith in God is believing what He says  is true.
  • The only thing that matters in this world is, do we believe in the Lord Jesus Christ?
  • Our actions show what we believe.
  • Do our best and our best will get better.
  • The law kills us, grace gives us life.
  • Being raised with Christ is the hope of eternal life.
  • If Christ did not die on the cross he would have had sin because He would have been disobedient to His father. He didn’t take his sin to the cross but ours, for He was sinless.
  • We reckon ourselves dead unto sin but alive unto God through Christ Jesus by being obedient to our masters, and putting others before ourselves.
  • How do we hear, is it in judgment or rebellion, or is it in humility and submission? Our actions show where we are in this.
  • The things that are asked of us, we should do it with joy.
  • Our first reaction is a lot of  times based on the flesh but, we don’ t have to come into agreement with it.
  • It comes down to a decision, do we believe Christ. Deciding to believe Him brings joy.
  • Before we knew Christ, sin reigned in our mortal bodies, but after we know Him that reign of sin is broken. We choose with our mind not to serve it, before we knew Christ the choice wasn’t there.
  • Learn from our mistakes.
  • Our flesh is damnable, don’t agree with it else it will take our soul to hell.
  • When we make mistakes it evidences the things we still need to learn.
  • When we yield to the Lord  or our flesh we show who we serve.
  • David’s sin was brought before him, He repented immediately.
  • God gives more grace to the humble. He resists the proud because he loves their soul.
  • Having dominion means a thing rules us.
  • We are free to learn to serve God, that is what that grace is there for.
  • If we don’t learn obedience unto the Lord, how will we be righteous in Him?
  • When our flesh tells us one thing, we choose to believe God instead.
  • What it means to obey from the heart is to go from being able to spew the Word of God, to doing the Word of God.
  • If the gospel is not our own we will most likely be preaching works, judgment and condemnation.
  • Some people believe the gospel intellectually or with their flesh, we need to believe it with or soul, our heart.
  • We need the press to be able to learn. God’s provision for us to learn through that press is perfect.
  • We need to yield our members to righteousness as servants.
  • Shame doesn’t come unless we recognize what we did is wrong, all things done in our flesh are shameful. But in Christ we are free from all of it and can have a fruit unto holiness.
  • We are all going to die the first death but can choose not to die the second death.
  • We can be partakers of eternal life through faith in Christ.
