Subject:

  • It is in all our nature to turn to self-righteousness.
  • Paul went, then ministered by revelation of the Lord, not of man, nor himself.
  • To be brethren is to be of like faith, it is important to recognize those of like faith and those who aren’t.
  • Liberty is freedom from the bondage of the law that we could not keep.
  • Paul had a zeal for ministering and standing in the Gospel and was not moved.
  • Paul corrected Peter out of love, it was his responsibility to speak what he knew to be right, as it is ours also.
  • Our actions speak louder than words.
  • We are only justified by the faith of Christ, if we walk in that we are walking uprightly.  His faith is constant, ours is fickle.
  • The Gospel gives me access to choose with my mind the things of the Lord.
  • Our first reaction is to fall, then we can count it all joy.
  • He is well able to perform His work in us.
  • There is nothing that can separate us from Christ if we are in Him.
  • We need to be patient with each other and ourselves.
  • Every time we walk in doubt, beat ourselves up or try to walk in our own righteousness, we frustrate the grace of God.
  • King David and Paul the Apostle are those whose faith we should follow.  They prayed and believed.
  • We can say a lot but bear no fruit, it’s the doing of it that brings fruit.
  • Don’t frustrate the grace of God.
