- Steven Atherton

Scriptures used:
- Psalm 119:1-8
- 2 Timothy 3
Subject:
- Everyone avails themselves of the blood of the Lamb. There’s another part of the sufficiency of the blood that we lack oftentimes. That we stand solely and completely because of its sufficiency and not to justify otherwise. Coming to rest in the fact that we are sinners but Jesus took our place and that is enough.
- We need to read the Word and mediate on it also.
- Our daily bread is to be mindful and aware and to choose Him over and over again.
- Cry out to the Lord to have respect unto all His commandments, then there is no shame.
- Then we are delivered from the things of the flesh that we so frequently fall into.
- The Lord forsakes us not. We can move forward and put off the past, whether it be years ago or 5 minutes ago.
- Blessed is the undefiled in the way – the way is Jesus.
- The grace of God is there so we can walk the walk. That way people will know the Word of God is true.
- There is no shame in the Lord. He died for us to take that away.
- We should never follow our heart, because the testimony of the Word is against our heart.
- Keep thy precepts diligently – it is a commandment because He knows how we are in our flesh.
- Yield unto God daily, operate in submission to Him. If we don’t, it is a disaster. If we do, we can do all things through Christ Jesus.
- Believe God that His power is able to handle every situation in the day.
- If you’re double minded the Lord won’t be involved in it.
- Love is about serving others. We want what we want. It’s all about us. He doesn’t give us what we want because He loves us.
- If we really want to be a Christian who walks in victory and manifests the love of Jesus to one another, we have to be willing to serve others.
- Are you envious of what others have? If you have things, are you willing to share? If you are not covetous, you don’t care about things other than how they can help others.
- When you have an opportunity to serve, you should be grateful for it. If you love one another you will volunteer for the service.
- You are unholy if you are selfish. The Lord does not make us worship Him. Do we use the Lord to make other people bow down to us?
- It is a sacrifice to exercise our faith and believe Him today. The Lord is pleased with that.
- When you desire to serve that other person you will choose to love that person and the affection for that person will grow.
- Service to God will give you joy and strength. When you choose to minister to the person before you, your child, or the situation before you, God will bless you.
