Subject:
- There is grace in operation for a heart that is truly repentant and fears to be separated from God.
- Having the ability to extend grace and mercy to others when you are in a place of your own sin is extremely important. It is then the Lord can have grace and mercy upon you.
- Our fellowship with those in authority over us is how we are able to have fellowship with God. They can council you on how to stay out of darkness and stay in the light which is Jesus. Fellowship is that all agree with Jesus.
- Cast all your care before Jesus and allow Him to free you from the bondage of the things that trouble you. He cares for you and wants you to be free and have the joy that He has for you and the joy of salvation.
- The choices that we make is what makes Gods judgement righteous. If a person goes to hell it was because of their own choice not to believe on Jesus, not because God is mean.
- People reject the need for Jesus because of pride – believing that they are “good” – and they won’t hear that they are sinners. It’s all pride and is a lie!
- If we walk in the light the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin. Not some, not parts, but ALL sin.
- We are deceiving ourselves and we have not the truth in us if we say that we have no sin. All have sinned and are born in sin. There is no way to escape it. Just accept it and turn to Jesus and confess your sins to Him and let Him wash them away.
- If you say you have no sin you are calling God a liar. Do you really want to be in that place seeing as how God is the one who will decide your eternal state based on that attitude?
- Don’t judge others for their sin because you are in the same place as they are. It doesn’t matter that it may look different or worse. Sin is sin is sin period and we all have it.
- There is no way to get around Jesus and get to God the Father. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. He is the only way! You won’t get to heaven by being ‘good’, it cannot be done but by the blood of Jesus. Jesus is the propitiation for not only our sins, but for the sins of the world.
