- Heavy, strong words that were strong then are even stronger now.
- Preachers and teachers are not preaching the pure Word of God.
- When women outnumber men in the Church, there’s something wrong, because women are easily deceived.
- A church run by women is not standing on the Word.
- Men are made to be the head.
- Jesus gave us Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers.
- When men are not the head, everything changes. Crime becomes rampant, everything turns upside down.
- We are in a time when you can accuse anybody of anything and they have to prove their innocence.
- Our country would not be in the position we’re in if the Church preached the Word.
- This speaks of those in the Church or leading the Church, not those in the world.
- Preach it right and true.
- What are you going to be? Salty or not? A part of the solution or the problem?
- When you’re driving you have a lot of time to think.
- Scott looked back at the last year and found himself deficient and promised the Lord he would do better.
- We need to be the salt that holds back corruption.
- Burying the dead cat means to put it off, kill it and bury it. We cannot come back and pull its tail out of the ground.
- How many of us laid down what the Lord had given us and picked up the dead cat again.
- It’s not about what YOU can do, it’s about what HE can do in and through you.
- How to do what we are instructed?
- What Moses walked in you can walk in.
- Verse 10 Paul is speaking of himself.
- 1 Corinthians 4: God won’t give you any of these things if you aren’t faithful.
- If you are unwilling to stand in the same place that Davy does, being willing to speak truth to people and potentially lose friends and loved ones you are a lover of your own self.
- All you have to do to be a lover of money is to want money.
- If all you have is for Gods purposes then He will provide above and beyond.
- We are told to follow Paul because he follows Christ.
- 1 Thessalonians 1: In order to testify as in 1 Thessalonians 1 they have to know it to be true.
- A minister of the Lord Jesus Christ is a servant and you cannot be a minister without being a servant.
- We are to see those who the Lord has given us to follow their example.
- YOUR election of God, not His election of you.
- Became followers of US and of the Lord.
- Paul rebuked Peter openly because He knew the truth.
- So YE (the Thessalonians) were an ensample.
- The way you learn Gods ways is to mark those who know His ways and then follow them and do likewise.
