Subject:
- To receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior means you are now under new management and there ought to be something very different about how your life looks compared to how it used to look.
- Being Lord and Savior are two different things. People tend to focus more on Jesus being their Savior more than their Lord. If you call Jesus your Lord that means you are His servant.
- When you become a Christian and partake in Jesus’ life you are to walk as He walked.
- If you belong to Jesus you are to serve Him as your master because He bought you with a price. The price He paid was His life on the cross.
- Do you ask the Lord what it is you can do to serve Him on a daily basis when you wake up?
- It is impossible to please God without faith. Works without faith is completely useless. Don’t think that by doing a bunch of nice things for people you’re going to earn your way into His Kingdom.
- God will not come to people naturally. You need to diligently seek God if you want the rewards of God.
- Repentance is the key for God to be able to work in your life to get you turned around. Realizing that you are on the wrong path and need to stop and go the other direction.
- The words spoken from the mouth will reveal what is in a persons heart and what their true thoughts are.
- You must forgive others for their trespasses against you if expect God to forgive you of your trespasses. It is not a one way street. It’s not a process of get get get and never give.
- Learn of Jesus and He will give you rest unto your soul and deliver you of worry, fear, depression and the things that weigh heavily on us in our lives.
