Subject:
- God does not have a plan for you. God has a plan. You can choose to be a part of His plan or not. To say that God has a plan for you justifies you in doing what you want to do and it may not really be what God would have you do.
- Jesus said that He was the way, the truth, and the life. That is Gods plan. You have to deal with God and His way and that’s His way. You can’t get around it. There is no other way. People want to make their own plans instead of letting the gospel manifest in them, wanting to get the Word of God to conform to them instead of conforming themselves to the Word.
- If you want Jesus to be manifest in your life then you need to manifest yourself whether you are committed to Him or not.
- Jesus will manifest Himself to you if you will keep His commandments. This is how we show our love for Christ. If you say you love Him you will keep His commandments, and if you do that then God the father will love you and both Jesus and the Father will come and make their abode with you and the father will send the Holy Ghost to teach you all things and bring things to your remembrance what Jesus has said to you to help guide your existence here.
- Be of good cheer when faced with tribulations in the world, for Jesus overcame the world and all things in it. In Christ we have peace from tribulation.
- You have a choice as to how you’re going to respond to any circumstance. Are you going to whine, gripe, bitch and moan, complain, and bellyache about it or stand back with praise and honor God for the good things He has done? Praising God instead of complaining will get much better results in getting things straightened out.
- Jesus said “If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.” (IF ye abide in me.) If you are asking Jesus for a thing and you’re not getting it, chances are that you’re not abiding (to dwell, tarry and continue with) in Him. Jesus doesn’t exist to be your emergency contact only when you need something.
- God created us in His image to a degree so when we see Him we can recognize Him.
