Subject:

• Your faith will be tried and having your faith tried is more precious than gold.  Gold will perish but building up your faith by trial leads to salvation.  How would you know where your faith is if it’s not tried?
• The trying of our faith also works patience.  It is a process that is not pleasant to our flesh but it must be done.
• Faith is trusting the Lord.  Our faith is tried through tribulations and in tribulations we learn to trust the Lord more and more as He shows us He is capable of getting us through it again and again.
• We must learn to stop looking at our own abilities to handle any situation.  Stop trusting yourself and seek God for His counsel in all things BEFORE you start.
• Without Jesus you can do nothing.  You cannot please God without faith.  You cannot please God with carnal works.
• Do not reject the light that is Christ Jesus.  The light of Jesus will reveal the evil that is in us and it is not a comfortable thing but it must be done.  Humble yourself to be corrected and turn from your evil deeds.  Do NOT reject Jesus.
• If the Word of God is not in you word for word, then you haven’t given it the attention it deserves.
