The goodness of God is that He lets you know that you are nothing without Him.
Preach the Gospel and let the Holy Spirit do the rest.
Fearing what people think when they didn’t die on the cross for you is ridiculous.
The spirit of fear is not given to us by God, so don’t receive it.
Humble yourself, resist the devil, submit to God and the enemy will flee from you.
Be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus, then the spirit of fear has no foothold.
Endure as a good soldier – a good soldier isn’t about enduring the things that you can overcome in the flesh (i.e. losing weight, working out to get stronger etc). Enduring as a good soldier is about learning to deal rightly with people.
To be tangled with this world is to become unfruitful, to be choked out by the cares of this world. Jesus said He will cast forth the branch, that abides not in Him, into the fire.
If you are a Christian, you ARE a minister.
We are at war. The enemy is working overtime to destroy anything that has faith in Jesus Christ.
The perilous times mentioned in 2 Timothy 3:1 is not talking about the world. It’s talking about those who claim to be Christians. Don’t let this be the testimony of us.
The mantle has to be passed.
