TFM-TexasSpeakers:

  • Richard D. Eutsler, Sr
  • Ann Eutsler
  • Bob Hicks

Scriptures Used:

  • Ephesians 4:11-14
  • Revelation 1

Subject:

  • Sister Robin recently commented to Brother Davy that other churches have their lives, their families, their work and they come together once a week and they never see how they react with each other.
  • At the ministry ranch it is a different story.  Every member, whether they do right or wrong, good or bad it affects every other member.
  • The body of Christ is made up of different parts to fit together and to serve one another.
  • Go to the average pastor and ask him, “Whose job is it to perfect the saints?” and he will say “All of us.”
  • The only people qualified to perfect the saints are the apostles and prophets.  The apostle John received the Revelation of Jesus Christ to give to the churches.  This has not changed.
    • Apostles are given revelations to give to you.
    • Evangelists draw people in.
    • Teachers feed the people until we all come in the unity of the faith.
  • We are accountable for how we serve each other and how we submit to our authority;  the people in the Philippines are the best example of obeying and submitting seen so far.
  • Why is it so hard to get along with each other at the ranch?  Because God is seeking to perfect us into His body.
  • We can’t hide ourselves from God.
  • What does it cost you to become a Christian?  What did it cost God?  It cost his son Jesus to die on the cross for us.  What makes you think that you do not have to pay the same price as Jesus paid to have eternal life with the father?
  • Take up your cross and follow me;  die to yourself and live for Christ: only when you do that, can you be a Christian.  Only when we do that, can we become one in Him and be that perfect man to hold back corruption.
  • If the church would vote Jesus and humble themselves and pray, then God would move on this nation and change it.
  • Jesus hates religion.  Examples of religion are: telling others their hair is too long, or telling people not to eat sugar, or telling people they can’t eat meat on Fridays, etc.  Being religious is trying to earn your salvation and that won’t work.
  • We are to go out and preach the gospel and if we change or add one little thing, we become like the Pharisees.  The Pharisees were religious.
  • A glass of milk and a glass of poison: which one would you drink?  Obviously the milk.  If you add a couple drops of poison to the milk would you drink it then?  NO.  Same with the truth (gospel): if you add one little falsehood to it, it becomes poison to who you are preaching to.
  • There is no politician on the GOP panel that has anything to do with Jesus Christ.
  • There is only one, only one Word we can trust that will not attempt to deceive us, that Word will not lead us astray, that Word is full of truth.  That Word is Jesus.
