Subject:
- Husbands ought to love their wives as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for it.
- It is not our faith that saves but the faith of Jesus. It is His faith that the operation that God has put in place is sufficient to the task that He can deliver His righteousness to us, because He was perfect and we must continue to avail ourselves to His presence.
- Jesus is there for everybody and for every situation. He is at hand and is right there if we would just call out to Him for anything we are in need of. His provision and power is there for us as is His protection of us.
- You’re going to have to get over the fear of failing. If you want to walk with the Lord you need to realize that it is a learning process and you will mess up time and time again as you grow. That is what grace is for, to cover us while we learn and go through our mistakes.
- Continue to turn to the Lord in all things and you will see your faith strengthened. You will see more and more of what the Lord is able to do.
- God is big enough to deal with anything we do wrong. Do not give up because you failed at something or messed things up. Continue to move forward and trust that Gods grace is sufficient for you.
- The thing that displeases God is unbelief.
- Look to the needs of others before yourself.
- Even when Jesus was on the cross he was obedient unto death and humbled himself which was, in itself, an amazing thing because the cross was for the guilty and Jesus was the only one who was not guilty.
- Every knee should bow to Jesus and every tongue should confess that Jesus is Lord because of what He did for us on the cross. The most astonishing act of love the world will ever see and He did it for us. He deserves to be praised and glorified for that. But even though we all should, sadly, many will not.
