Subject:

• Christians are being deceived by teachings that make them feel good or accepted or “normal”, particularly when fellowshipping with the world, rather than rejoicing in the Truth which is contrary to our flesh, our will does not feel good in the flesh.
• Choosing feelings over truth is contrary to believing the Word of God and that is the wide path that we are warned about in the Word.
• Brother Davy said if you are a servant of the Lord you should be praising Him at all times.  If you’re praising God all the time you can’t get in trouble.  This reaches far beyond the simple things and extends to things like if you are praising the Lord then you won’t have time to be judging others or being mad or disappointed.
• Do you believe the Word of God?
• How do you know if you believe the Word of God?
• You have to put off the old man, put on the new man.  This is contrary to the worlds view of doing whatever feels good.
• Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.
• People are departing from the faith in droves because they are being deceived with teachings that make them feel good but that do not deliver the Truth.
• God has a plan and gives you an opportunity to partake of that plan.
• His plan is sufficient!  He doesn’t need us to accomplish His plan.  He could raise up the rocks and use them if necessary.
• Living in ourselves instead of in Jesus we are lost.
• Receive correction and come out in strength.
• The way out of the curse is through the blood of Jesus.
• Which camp are you in?  Do you seek out the truth and the light or do you run and hide from it?
• Be slow to speak…
• Take that which you hear and you won’t lose it.
• Are you a hearer or are you a forgetful doer?
• Don’t be caught not ready.  Repent, seek the Lord and He is at hand.
• Hebrews 4 – not mixed with faith it killed them.
• Build your life/house on the rock – choose the rock or the sand.
