TFM-AZ-Church-ServiceSpeakers:

  • Rick Eutsler, Jr.
  • Sue Eutsler

Scriptures Used:

  • Numbers 22:30
  • Matthew 11:28-30
  • 1 Corinthians 4:14
  • Acts 15:19
  • Acts 15:28

Subject:

  • When I got married my husband said “I love you, but I don’t need you”.  God is the same.  He loves us, but He does not need us to fulfill His plan.  He is pleased to have us if we will be His and follow Him, but He can use anything.
  • Numbers 22:30 And the ass said unto Balaam, Am not I thine ass, upon which thou hast ridden ever since I was thine unto this day? was I ever wont to do so unto thee? And he said, Nay.
  • Matthew 11:28-30 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
  • A yoke is a wooden crosspiece fastened over the necks of two animals attached to a plow or cart. It is usually for the purpose of working a field or carrying heavy items.
  • Yoke is defined in 2 ways that are completely opposite: A yoke is something that is regarded as oppressive or burdensome is the first one. The second and more accurate definition is a Yoke causes two people or things to be joined in a close relationship.
  • I am not my own I was bought with a price, I was purchased with the precious blood of Jesus Christ.
  • Don’t be like Balaam, rather be the ass and submit and obey.
  • To be owned by the Lord is a good thing, but be careful not to call it being in bondage to the Lord as that is not a good thing.  The Word says we are not to say that it is a burden to serve the Lord.
  • People who seem to have the hardest time doing the Lords will are those who grew up in the Church.
  • When brought face to face with the Word and it conflicts with your own beliefs what will you do?  Will you cling to your beliefs or will you submit to believing the Word?
  • How does the veil relate to you?
  • The blood of Jesus Christ is sufficient to overcome even a fear of people or insecurity.
  • His blood is either sufficient or it is not.
  • Without the blood sacrifice there is no remission for sin.
  • Jesus’ blood WASHED away the sin of the world.
  • The job of a father who loves you is to bring correction.
  • The Lord confirms His people through His power.
  • Believe in the sufficiency of Jesus Christ.
  • There must be a distinction between the truth of the Gospel and the lie of the enemy.
  • Faith in ANYTHING other than the sacrifice of Jesus Christ means you have added to it and His sacrifice was not sufficient.
  • You can not receive the benefit of the blood if you do not repent and acknowledge that you were wrong.
  • There is nothing in you that is redeemable.
