Subject:
- Compromise: defined as A settlement in which each side gives up some demands or makes concessions. Concession is defined as – An act or instance of conceding, granting, or yielding.
- There is not one use of the word compromise in the KJV Bible.
- How completely contrary the worlds ways are to the ways of the Lord.
- Labor against unbelief and doubt.
- Surrender to the Lord and embrace His will for us.
- They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.
- By waiting on Him you will see the Lord.
- Doing His will is not a burden. If it is a burden to you to do the will of the Lord, it should be a red sign for you that something is wrong.
- There is nothing you can do to earn salvation. All you can do is embrace what He already gave you to do.
- Today’s “Christians” are like Christmas trees. Christians are supposed to be fruit bearing, like the lemon tree, but instead they just make the outside look pretty and “good” but it doesn’t bear fruit and before long it’s thrown in the trash.
- The strong, in their own strength, will fail. The weak, in their own strength, will succeed when they wait upon the Lord.
- Labor against unbelief and the enemy. Labor not against God.
