Speakers:
- Phillip Walthall
Scriptures:
- Romans 7:24
Subject:
- The Lord has given you everything you need to go forward.
- The Lord confirms His word. Do you take heed to His word and choose to go forward in it?
- When you don’t get the joy in you, it’s because you are somehow trying to get the flesh to agree with the Lord and it never will.
- To receive the joy you have to put the old man down.
- If you don’t have joy, have you put that old man down? Are you loving your brother? If not you’re not loving the Lord.
- Don’t put your energy in dressing up the flesh, rather put it down! It is then that you can take up that new man, the cloak the Lord has given you.
- No matter what is going on around you, put that old man down and don’t give it any place at all!
- Your flesh doesn’t get better, it only gets worse.
