That choice is based upon your love of God and your love of father, mother, brother, sister, friend.
Are you willing to move forward, to run that race, to lay aside all these weights and cares? No one is holding you back. The only thing holding you back is yourself.
If you’re going to put God in a rightful place, number one, you’re not going to allow others or yourselves to hold you back from the victory of Christ.
Search your hearts, find that thing that’s holding you back, cast it down and move forward in Him.
If you set your face to serve and please the Lord you’re not going to need to announce to family or friends that you’re not going to prefer them anymore but that you’re going to prefer Jesus, it will be obvious.
He became a living sacrifice so that others could be justified. It’s because He loved you that He took your sin on Himself.
You need to be paying attention.
Before you take on that new man in Christ, you have to put down that old man, you can’t have both.
Are you ministering to one another? Are you ministering to those without?
Change your mind, engage, and say “Lord, whatever you would have me do”. Then allow the Lord to move in your life.
When you move forward in Him your faith gets strengthened.
Are you willing to be part of God’s plan? When it comes down to being a servant of Christ it doesn’t matter what you want, you prefer what the Lord would have you do.
When you become a solider for Christ you lay down your life. It’s not yours anymore, He owns you. Your life is His.
Thank you Lord for giving me an opportunity to be part of your plan.
Make the choice to serve Him, God can’t make that choice for you, no one else can make that choice for you. It’s a choice YOU make.
The choice to serve Him is a choice He has given you, whether you receive it or not.
