Subject:
- Step out in faith again. Put your faith and trust in Him again and again and again.
- I can stay in that place, let things consume me and drag me down or look in the word and see what Jesus has to say. Christ says my burden is light, if I feel like there’s a load on my shoulders my perspective is wrong.
- We lay aside every weight. Of course the things we’ve got going on are too much for us, but it’s not too much for the Lord. Choose to serve the Lord, and watch Him move in those things. Our concern needs to be to serve Him, make Him Lord.
- The weight isn’t put on by Him, it’s put on by the enemy, the carnal man, the flesh.
- Where’s your faith now? His burden is light, His yoke easy, give all the burdens to Him. He loves us and wants to bring us through to the other side, but we’ve got to trust Him.
- The Lord wants to take the cares, chains, and worries off us.
- He has given us the liberty to walk in Him. He was beaten and nailed upon the cross that we may have a chance. He can’t make us do it, because we have free will, but He has given us the chance. We need to grab hold of it, receive it and hang onto it.
- The enemy hasn’t stopped killing, stealing and destroying.
- If you’re His, all things are possible.
- When you’re about Him He’s going to manifest that.
- Stop looking at the situations and start looking at Jesus.
- When you’re fighting a spiritual battle with carnal weapons you’re going to wear yourself out and get nowhere.
- There are all kinds of strongholds that you allow to exist in your life. Submit yourself to the Lord and allow Him to change the way you relate to the world around you and Him.
- Imaginations are vanity, unbelief and disobedience.
- If I believe the word, believe on Jesus and what He says, then I’m going to look a certain way. If I’m just a poser then I’m going to look another way.
- What do you come at the spiritual warfare with? The Word of God.
- When you’re walking in the spirit, things are going to come against you but you have the authority through Christ to stand against those things.
- If we do walk like Him then we have power, presence and provision.
- Christ bought me with a price: We don’t get to check out, when we keep committing ourselves to pleasing our master we are availing ourselves of the promises of Matthew 6. When you’re seeking Him and His thing and doing it every time you see it, then He can meet you with all the promises of His word. There’s a blessing to the choice to remember that you are bought with a price, remember that we owe Him everything. His provision for me can be complete in that determination. There are no days off but there’s rest in Him. The strength is found in committing to His thing and doing it. It’s not unclear or complicated what His thing is; love God and love your neighbor as yourself.
- You can fix your terrible incompetence because of His boundless grace and mercy because He desires for you to succeed. He wants to give you the kingdom, let Him give it to you.
