Scriptures on hope. Our hope cannot lie in doing everything right. It is of the Lord’s mercy that we are not consumed. Hope is an anchor of the soul. Sure and steadfast. The hope of salvation. It’s not about us and how we do things. Our hope is in Jesus and that’s how we are able to draw nigh to Him. Choose where you’re going to place your hope. Our hope has to be in Jesus Christ. This is an effort. Gird up the loins of your mind. That is where the battle takes place. He didn’t die for us because we’ve done everything right.
