Subject:
- The flesh is the flesh, it’s always going to be the flesh, it’s always going to doubt God’s word and be at enmity with the Lord. But He came to set us free from that flesh.
- Jesus Christ destroyed the enmity of that flesh, of the law, we don’t have to listen to that thing anymore, we’re free from it. We’re called to walk in the spirit. We still have the flesh, but we’re to be dead to that, ought to be living unto God.
- See the sin for what it is so that you can be rid of it in yourself.
- That old nasty carnal man is always going to be that, don’t try to fix it. But the freedom of Jesus Christ is I don’t have to listen to that thing anymore, I can choose to serve Jesus Christ.
- The veil was ripped that we may partake of His spirit.
- Stand on the grace of God that is right, be free in Him.
- The Lord has given us everything we need to walk in Him, which one are we going to obey?
- You are not your flesh when you’re believing the gospel and walking in Him.
- If your desire is to serve the Lord, He will meet you where you are.
- Get honest with yourself, recognize the battle and where it starts (square in our hearts).
- Choose to love the things the Lord loves. Choose to love to see people choose Him and His things.
- The first commandment is violated everyday when you choose to serve the yourself.
- The work on the cross was to set you free from sin and death.
- Turn your life over to the Lord.
