• Foolishness of preaching?  The world in the natural will consider the word of God as foolishness and those who preach it and believe it.  Look at Noah as a prime example.  People thought he was foolish for building an ark.  How did that turn out for them?
• How do you trust the Lord?  By choosing to instead of trusting yourself.  Believe Him and Trust Him for all things.
• Lean not on your own understanding.  Options and answers look limited and impossible in the natural.  All things are possible in Christ Jesus!
• Don’t give up hope for people to come to the Lord.  Don’t stop extending grace and mercy to people.  Look at the grace and mercy and long suffering God has extended to you.
• If we recognize  how much grace and mercy and love God has given us, it enables us to extend these things to others.  That is the goodness of God.
• No matter how much you might impress yourself or others you CANNOT impress God.
• Christians are to be full of an abundant life with a word and deed that is filled with the power of the truth, that is God, working in and through us giving us a ministry of life to those who will receive it.
• It is the righteousness of Christ that covers us.  We have no righteousness of our own.
• Bondage to the flesh will only bring you down and cause problems for you and others around you.  Jesus frees us from the bondage of the flesh that destroys us.
• Don’t look at the things which are behind.  Always look forward and press towards the things that Jesus has for you.  Don’t worry about what you may have done or messed up in the past.
