- Quit murmuring and complaining and be grateful for the things the Lord has given us. We have been mightily blessed by the Lord Jesus Christ.
- When we murmur and complain we’re just telling God it’s not good enough.
- His mercy is renewed everyday and we ought to be grateful.
- If you’re all about seeking the father’s will, serving the Lord and loving God (it’s a choice, preferring God above all things), you’re not going to fulfill the lust of this flesh because you’re going to be about his business.
- If we’re not putting Christ first then you’re not going to fulfill the things Christ has for you.
- Christ freed me from the bondage, and he gets the glory.
- If it’s all about the grace of Jesus Christ there’s nothing he cannot do. Even our worst mistakes, our worst failures he can turn around that we would just turn to him, praise his name, give him glory. He redeems the time.
- Our lack of shame when we’re caught dead to rights prevent us from receiving for the Lord.
- If you profess to be his people then you ought to know that pride, arrogance, lack of shame, murmuring puts you in a place where you’re judging God that his righteousness, the way he’s manifested his love, ministered his grace, that who he’s put over you are unsuitable is not good enough.
- Pride will keep you from praying, let alone receiving.
- It’s an act of choice to humble yourself to go to a God you can’t see to ask for his help and seek his face.
- If you want the land to be healed, if you want your sins to be forgiven, if you want to know the Lord is hearing you from heaven you’ve got to humble yourself and seek his face and repent.
- Arrogance and pride will keep you from understanding the things of the Lord.
- If you want to have God stop resisting you you have to choose to humble yourself. You have to believe him, you have to believe he responds to people with hearts that want to seek his face, that want to be forgiven from their sins.
- The Lord’s promises are faithful and true, but you need to believe in order to receive. You need to beleive he’s trustworthy, he’s faithful.
- Please him and be thankful for his provision.
