Subject:

• The opportunity that is before us now is NOW.
• The first generation failed because of unbelief, we don’t have to follow that example. We can follow the example of the second generation and enter the promise land.
• Take heed to the Lord’s counsel and you will grow.
• The Lord has given us all things to go forward in Him and do His will, but yet how many times do we take heed to it? How many times do we actually believe it? Or reject it? We think with our own carnal mind that we just know more. We cleave to the counsel of the world or our own mind but don’t take heed to the counsel of the Lord.
• Put your faith not in the person that He has given you to, but in Jesus Christ and what He is able to do, understanding the way that the Lord works.
• When you cast your cares on Him, He can turn your worst mistakes into blessings.
• Are you asking for the Lord’s answer then going about to reject His answer?
• He’s faithful and trustworthy, are we yet going to put our trust in Him? Or in things that are just going to let you down?
• Christ was faithful and always did the will of His father. He came and He served others (healed the sick, raised the dead, cast out devils).
• Hanging onto Jesus, what He has done for us, and what He is able to do. We’re called to be His body. He’s that the one that set us free to be partakers in what He has for us, but we have free will.
• The proof of Abraham believing God was his obedience to God. Are we going to believe God in the same way? Do you take heed to that that the Lord has told you to do? Do you take heed to that which the Lord has given you to hear? Or do you reject it or judge it to see if it’s right or not?
• Our belief is shown through our actions.
• If I don’t take what the Lord has provided who’s fault is it? No one’s but your own.
• He has not left us alone without knowing what He would have us do. He has given us all things to go forward in. He has given us everything we need to go forward in faith in Him.
• The Lord has given us an opportunity to go forward in Him, let’s not reject that.
• What side of the fence are you going to stand on? Are you going to believe the Lord? Or are you going to fall into unbelief?
• If you have an evil heart of unbelief you can’t receive anything from the Lord.
• Do you seek to justify yourself and blame God?
• Your carnal man wants to rule you and drag you to hell.
• Self justification, blaming someone else and walking around feeling pretty good about yourself, until the axe falls.
• Don’t be someone that pursues self justification and blames other people for failing to hear and believe the ministers of Jesus Christ.
• Love God, love one another.
