Scriptures Used: Titus 2:3-5, Ephesians 5:23-24,1 Peter 3:1-6, 1 Samuel 1 and 2
Subject: The first in a series of discussions regarding the wife’s role as a help meet to her husband. Discussion regarding the above scriptures describing how the wife is to submit unto her husband and obey him. Also how wives are not to be a doormat but should speak up and make suggestions to their husbands. This is being a help meet. In the coming weeks we will go over several examples in the Word to clarify this. Discussion of submission and obedience. Discussion of Hannah, mother of Samuel, and her faith and obedience.
