Subject: Our flesh is tied to phelios love. Our spirit is tied to agape love. God didn’t choose to die on the cross because He phelios loved us. There are 3 types of love. Aeros love – sexual love. Phelios love – how you feel. Agape love – one of choice. The Church does not understand God’s love because the pastors don’t walk in God’s love. Every word Jesus spoke was out of love. The word He spoke to the guy at the pool and healed him. The word He spoke to the guy who was blind – God just loved him and healed him. The word He spoke in the temple when he overturned the tables and threw them out was out of love. The word He spoke to the pharisees and called them white washed sepulchres and called their fathers the devil, that too was out of love.
