TFM-South-CarolinaSpeakers:

  • Paul Muller
  • Phillip Walthall
  • Scott Bishop

Scriptures used:

  • Romans 1:13-2:10
  • Galatians 6:7-10
  • Hebrews 4:1-2
  • Hebrews 11:6

Subject:

  • If people that called themselves Christians actually did what was right, people who were doing wrong would have an opportunity to see and turn.
  • Being a Christian isn’t showing up to service on Sundays, it’s being a Christian every minute of every day.
  • If we’re sowing consistently to the flesh we’re going to reap those things we’ve sown. If we’re sowing the things of God, the fruit will be different. If you’re not seeing that fruit, you’re doing it wrong, you’re sowing to the flesh. If you want to see God’s love, power; obey, believe, have faith.
  • We sew to the flesh all week and then on Sunday pray to the Lord for a crop failure for our sewing to the flesh all week.
  • The relationships we have with other people are important but the relationship we have with God is the most important. If you can get that relationship straight the rest will work itself out.
  • If you don’t have your relationship right with the Lord first, the rest are going to be in vain. You have to be able to first receive that which is good from the Lord then pour that out to others. Otherwise it’s not going to benefit them at all.
  • What does it profit you if you only hear the word and don’t go do it? It doesn’t, it can hurt you. The word isn’t there to hurt you, it’s there so you may walk forward in what the Lord has for you.
  • The Lord has shown us time and time again He’s there, He loves us, and we can count on Him.
  • We have the opportunity every day to go about to walk in what the Lord has for us.
  • Does your confidence lie in what the Lord has done and can perform?
  • If we trust in anything other than the Lord it’s going to leave us disappointed.
  • When you repent of the things, ask forgiveness, they’re gone. The Lord doesn’t hold those things against you. All those things are gone, all those things are washed away.
  • When you fall, you put your faith back where it’s supposed to be, in Him.
  • Put your confidence and trust in Him.
  • When you turn unto Him the gospel becomes manifest, it shows how good He is.
  • The testimony of the truth goes against the unbeliever and believer. It’s about how you receive that truth.
