God is agape love, not felios. We are addicted to felios love on this earth. Giving in to feelings is not of God and has created a generation of men who don’t want to stand. Men are unimpressed with the church. They don’t go but their wives think it’s good and they agree to have them take the children because they think it will be good for them. The children hate it and turn away from it when they are of age. The church became apostate: out of favor with God. All the while it was feeling good about itself.

We make mistakes and sin because of the sin nature in us (flesh) but through the love of Jesus we can be forgiven our sins. We need to serve him and show our love by walking as He walked. Bless you Lord, thank you Jesus. Folks think: why even try when nobody notices? But tiny steps are noticed and many tiny steps get there. Oil and water don’t mix, they separate, nor do the Kingdom of God and the world mix. We might need to be in the world but don’t need the world in us. We are ambassadors for Christ, in the world.

Subject: Make the choice to serve the Lord every morning. Stop looking at the situation and put your eyes on things that are above. Choose Christ despite the situation. The Lord is beautiful for situations. Your job as a parent is to show your children how to serve the Lord. Are you chasing hell out of your children or are you loving yourself and trying to be their friend? Continue reading
