The easy way would be to have somebody to follow. When Megan came to the United States, she didn’t have someone to show her how to keep house, because of the manner of life she grew up in. When she had children, it became harder to find time to keep up everything. In her great endeavors to keep a clean house, it produced guilt.

Walking in the Spirit. The gifts of healing. The gifts are given to profit the body. The Lord always backs up His word with his power. Apostles have every gift. The Lord gives gifts out to individuals as He will to profit the body. Healing by the church. To come and confess a need is humbling, it recognizes a need before God and an obedience to His instruction as to receiving the answer to that need. Sometimes sickness is due to sin in our life.

Tithing is a tenth of your income, before you spend any, to help support the ministry; Offerings is when you help someone out financially or in kind; Alms is given in secret, when you help others in a way they don’t know who gave it. Giving a tithe is not a reason to get back from the government which is not honoring the Lord and He will not honor that. Do not expect anything because He has already given it to you. It is my hope that we all become doers instead of agreers.

Practice: frequent or customary actions for instruction or discipline. Practice leads to habit (and second nature). What do we practice in our lives? Practice leads to habit and habits are not easy to break. Practice the things of God. Continue reading

Scriptures Used: Mark 16:15-18, 1 John 5:7-8
Subject: Baptism. Speaking of the trinity of God and He is one, but with Him are the three baptisms: the blood, the water, and the Spirit. When we are baptized in the blood, it is not our physical bodies that are cleansed, but our souls. In the baptism of water we reckon ourselves dead unto the flesh. By faith we are translated by the Holy Spirit into Christ’s body. We now choose with our soul to be alive unto Christ. Where we make a choice to be dead to ourselves and actually believe God that He translates us into His body. While we are here we dwell by faith in His body. Continue reading
